Two modes
Review before sending
Reports are generated on schedule but held for your review. You can read the full report, edit the narrative, add notes, and approve or reject before it sends. This is the default mode.
Automatic sending
Reports generate and send automatically on schedule without your intervention. Useful once you trust the output and want fully hands-off reporting.
What you can do during review
- Read the full AI-generated report
- Edit any part of the narrative
- Approve and send immediately
- Schedule sending for a specific time
- Reject the report and regenerate
- Send a test email to yourself first
