Reporting operated with your agency

Put five client reports through four real weekly cycles.

  • A walkthrough, documented handoff, and 30-minute closing review.

What we measure together

Compare the whole process with your existing reports: preparation, checking, edits, approval, and delivery.

Time
Minutes spent per report, including verification and corrections.
Quality
Metric agreement, necessary edits, and accepted or rejected attention items.
Reliability
Reports ready on time, successful deliveries, and connection issues.

These are evaluation measures, not claims about results from existing customers.

Before you start

Who is this for?

PPC agencies with roughly 15–40 recurring clients that already write client updates. Begin with five priority accounts and compare the work against your current process.

Which accounts can we connect?

The founding month starts with Google Ads and GA4 after live data and access checks. Meta or another source is included only when production permissions and your account access are verified in the written scope before payment.

Who reviews the work?

Alex Baker, the founder of ClientSignal, reviews the four weekly attention briefs and five representative reports. Your agency reviews and approves every client report before delivery. Human review covers five priority accounts; the 50-client software allowance does not expand that service scope.

How does the month start?

We confirm technical fit, client context, access, recipients, and the written scope before checkout. One payment covers 30 days of access and four weekly reporting cycles. Dates are confirmed before payment.

What happens at the end?

The 30-day founding month does not renew automatically. We review the time saved, corrections, useful flags, and delivery together. You can explicitly choose ongoing Managed at $1,249/month, choose a software plan, or stop. At expiry, the founding workspace becomes read-only. Any continuing plan and billing terms are confirmed before you authorize it.

What would ongoing Managed include?

At $1,249/month, ongoing Managed includes Agency software, a weekly reviewed attention brief for five priority accounts, five representative report QA reviews, up to two supported client setups, delivery and connection issue investigation, and a 30-minute monthly workflow review.

Will ClientSignal change our advertising accounts?

ClientSignal reads reporting data. Your agency owns campaign changes, strategy, and client approvals. Attention items are questions to investigate; they are not predictions of churn or guarantees of advertising results.
