Sunday night reporting
You pull data from Google Ads, Meta, and GA4, then write a similar update for every client. The work expands with every account and competes with strategy, creative, and optimization time.
We use Google measurement and, when configured, Meta Pixel on public marketing pages. Private product and client-report pages never load them. Privacy details

The reporting drag
You pull data from Google Ads, Meta, and GA4, then write a similar update for every client. The work expands with every account and competes with strategy, creative, and optimization time.
A client disengages quietly. Declining report engagement, negative feedback, or slipping performance can be easy to miss when those signals live in separate places.
A campaign keeps spending without producing the intended result. Without a consistent review rhythm, the issue can remain buried between reporting cycles.
The client deliverable
This example shows how a ClientSignal report is presented to your client: branded, campaign-aware, and grounded in the metrics shown. This sample uses realistic, fictional data. Actual results vary by client.

Paid media generated 172 purchases from $5,090 in spend, with an estimated $20,638 in tracked revenue and a 4.1x blended return.
Google produced 94 purchases at $34.47 each and returned $4.20 for every dollar spent.
Meta added 78 purchases at $23.72 each while holding a 3.8x return.
Spring Sale — Prospecting produced 54 Meta purchases at 4.1x, making it the clearest place to test incremental volume.
Meta's lower cost per purchase is the clearest observed efficiency advantage, while Google supplied more total purchase volume.
Account-level results cannot confirm the cause, but the campaign split shows the strongest performance is concentrated rather than uniform.
If Spring Sale — Prospecting stays above 4.0x next period, test a 10% Meta increase and stop if cost per purchase rises above $30.
Keep Google Shopping near its current $1,800 until its 61 purchases repeat at 4.5x or better, then revisit scale.
Overall, returns are healthy and the next move can stay measured. Reply if you'd like to talk through the test limits.

Each client gets a plain-English performance update delivered by email on your schedule. Growth+ can send from a verified agency domain. Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Google Search Console, and email marketing data (Klaviyo on Growth+, Mailchimp coming soon) combine into one clear narrative. HubSpot CRM integration (coming soon on Agency) will tie it all to revenue.
Growth and Agency reports can include recommendations grounded in the available campaign data, such as reviewing spend with no recorded conversions or investigating a material cost change. Growth plans get 1 recommendation per report; Agency plans get 2–3.
Campaign-level breakdowns help show where results and spend are concentrated. SEO data from Google Search Console surfaces keyword and page-level trends. Mid-week alerts flag selected issues before the next report goes out.
Link your Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and GA4 accounts. ClientSignal uses the connection only to retrieve reporting data and never changes your campaigns.
Enter each client’s name, email, and which ad accounts belong to them. Tell us what conversions mean for their business — leads, sales, bookings, phone calls.
Weekly, biweekly, or monthly — you choose the frequency and send day for each client. Reports arrive by email; Growth+ can use your verified agency domain. Review them first or let them send automatically.
Dashboard-first reporting works well when clients want to explore the data themselves. ClientSignal centers a different workflow: a complete update delivered directly to their inbox — written in plain English, in your agency's voice, looking like you wrote it yourself. Growth+ can also send from your verified agency domain. Your roofing client sees “27 new quote requests at $31 each” not “CTR improved to 2.4% with ROAS of 3.1x.” Every number is framed in context — is this good compared to last week? Compared to the monthly average?
Review every report before it sends, or let them go out automatically once you trust the output. Edit any line before approving. Pause reports for clients on vacation. Set the tone — casual, professional, technical, simple. Tell the AI what conversions mean for each client — leads, bookings, quote requests, phone calls.
AgencyAnalytics and DashThis center customizable dashboards and visual reporting. They also offer sharing, email, branding, and AI-assisted capabilities that may suit dashboard-led teams.
ClientSignal is intentionally email-first. It turns the connected data into a scheduled narrative in your voice, with Review First or automatic delivery. On Growth+, the email can come from your verified agency domain. Your clients can read the full report without signing into another product.
