AI Summaries & Recommendations
How AI writes your client reports and generates actionable campaign insights.
Report narrative
ClientSignal uses Claude (by Anthropic) to generate report content. The AI receives the raw performance data from your connected platforms and writes a structured narrative that covers:
- Performance summary: What happened during the reporting period across all platforms
- Trend analysis: How this period compares to the previous one — what improved, what declined
- Campaign breakdown: Which campaigns drove results and which underperformed
- Context: What observed metrics may have contributed, with uncertainty when the data cannot establish a cause
- Next steps: What the data suggests for the coming period
AI recommendations
On Agency, the report can include two to three campaign-specific recommendations grounded in the campaign data supplied for that period. Examples:
- Flagging campaigns spending budget without generating conversions
- Suggesting a bounded budget test only when the shown efficiency supports it, with a metric to watch
- Calling out a material cost change without claiming an unobserved cause
- Separating platform-attributed results from website conversions rather than combining them
Data privacy
ClientSignal sends the report inputs needed for generation to its configured AI provider. ClientSignal does not use customer data to train its own models. Provider processing and retention are governed by the applicable commercial API terms. See the Security page or contact support for current data-flow details.
