Temporary validation offer · two founding agencies

See which accounts need attention—and have the client report ready.

In 14 business days, we'll configure ClientSignal for up to five supported accounts, validate the Attention and reporting workflow, and establish client-ready reports your team approves before delivery.

Technical fit and written scope are confirmed before payment.

The outcome

Know where to look before reporting day.

The pilot proves the workflow before you choose a permanent software or Managed path.

  1. 01

    A working reporting setup

We configure up to five eligible accounts, add the client context that shapes the writing, and verify the source data before relying on it.

  2. 02

    A clearer attention list

Each week, ClientSignal seals the available account evidence, checks every claim, runs QA, and shares the approved attention brief in your workspace.

  3. 03

    Client-ready reports under your control

ClientSignal drafts the report from connected metrics. Your team reviews every word and decides whether to edit, approve, or cancel it.

  4. 04

    A clear permanent path

We document the workflow and help you choose software or Managed. Continue to Managed within 30 days and the pilot serves as your implementation, with no additional setup fee.

Four steps

Start with one account. Build only what fits.

  1. 01

    Map one account

In a 20-minute fit check, we look at one representative client, your reporting process, and the data access required. We do not take payment until technical fit and scope are confirmed.

  2. 02

    Configure the first five

Once access and context are complete, we configure up to five eligible accounts using supported production integrations and keep every account in Review First.

  3. 03

    Validate the workflow

We run fresh reports through the normal quality checks, verify the first attention brief, and make sure your team can review, edit, approve, or cancel each report.

  4. 04

    Measure and hand off

We compare reporting time, useful flags, edits, approvals, and delivery reliability, then document the workflow and the sensible next step.

A focused pilot

Enough to prove the workflow. Clear about what's included.

Included

  • Up to five eligible client accounts
  • Google Ads and GA4 after a live metric smoke test succeeds
  • Client context, conversion labels, report settings, and available voice controls
  • Review First before any client delivery
  • One validated report workflow for each eligible configured account
  • Four weekly attention briefs manually reviewed by ClientSignal
  • Team walkthrough, documented handoff, and 30 days of fixed-scope support
  • Managed implementation covered when you continue to Managed within 30 days

Outside the founding pilot

  • No campaign, budget, bidding, targeting, or creative changes
  • No autonomous task queue, task assignment, or automatic follow-up
  • No project-management, CRM, or inbox integrations in the founding scope
  • No unsupported data sources or reconstructed historical data
  • No guarantee of advertising performance, engagement, retention, or revenue

Meta Ads or any additional source is included only after its production permission and your account access are verified and added to the written scope.

Who it is for

Built for an agency with more reports than spare attention.

This is not a fit for a team looking for ad management, a dashboard migration, or custom integrations before the reporting workflow works.

  • You are a PPC or performance-marketing agency with roughly 15–75 recurring client accounts.
  • Your account managers still turn platform metrics into written client updates.
  • Google Ads is a primary reporting source and your team can provide the required access and client context.
  • An owner, operations lead, or head of client services can participate in setup and review.

Questions

What to know before mapping an account.

Is this software or a service?

Both. ClientSignal creates each weekly brief from a manually initiated, sealed account review, checks the evidence, edits when needed, runs QA again, and explicitly shares the approved version in your workspace. The pilot is not autonomous or scheduled.

Which data sources are included?

Google Ads and GA4 can be included only after OAuth, account discovery, and a live metric smoke test succeed. Google manager-account access requires its own verification. Any additional platform—including Meta Ads—must be verified during the fit check and added to the written scope before payment.

Can ClientSignal change our campaigns?

No. ClientSignal uses reporting access. Your team keeps control of strategy and every change to campaigns, budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative.

Will anything go to a client automatically?

No. Every pilot account starts in Review First. Your team chooses whether to edit, approve, or cancel each client report, and weekly attention briefs are shared to your workspace only after ClientSignal review and approval.

When does the 14-business-day target begin?

After the agreed account access, client context, recipients, and reporting settings are complete. Third-party access problems or a changed scope can move the target, and we will identify that before accepting the work whenever possible.

What happens after the pilot?

There is no automatic conversion or renewal. You can move to Starter, Growth, or Agency software, or continue to ClientSignal Managed. If Managed begins within 30 days, the $2,000 pilot serves as your implementation and there is no additional setup fee.

Start with one real workflow
